Best Deals August 3: Pokémon TCG, MTG x TMNT, Hisense 65" U6 Pro TV, and More

Amazon is running some solid discounts on trading card game products today, alongside a new TV low, a cheap PS5 game, and a discounted Xbox gift card bundle — here are the highlights for Monday, August 3.

On the Pokémon TCG side, the Mega Evolution Pitch Black Elite Trainer Box is down to $69.95 on Amazon — below market value — and includes 9 booster packs, a full-art foil Zarude promo, 65 card sleeves, 40 Energy cards, and a player's guide. The Pokémon First Partner Illustration Collection Series 2 is also back in stock at $32.32, though it's going in and out, so check back if it's sold out. That set comes with 3 of 9 promo cards across a booster pack, 2 additional booster packs, and a sticker sheet. The MTG x TMNT Draft Night Box has hit a new all-time low at $72.98 — cheaper than market value — and packs 12 Play Boosters, 90 Land Cards, and a Collector Booster into one box built for a four-person draft night. The 65-inch Hisense U6 Pro Series Mini-LED 4K TV is also at its lowest price ever on Amazon, undercutting even Prime Day. It features full-array local dimming, a 144Hz native refresh rate, and VRR support across two HDMI 2.1 ports — solid specs for gaming. Lost Soul Aside on PS5 is down to $20 at Walmart; IGN wasn't kind to it in review, but the combat and boss fights hold up at that price point. The ASUS ROG Sheath gaming mouse pad — a massive 35.4 by 17.3 inches — is 50% off, and two $100 Xbox Gift Cards are going for $168 combined at Newegg, saving $32.

These kinds of Monday deal roundups tend to catch restocks and price drops that didn't make it into weekend sales cycles. The MTG x TMNT crossover — Magic: The Gathering's Universes Beyond collaboration with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles — has been a popular pick since launch, so seeing it dip below market value is worth flagging for anyone still on the fence. Hisense's U6 Pro line sits in the mid-range TV segment and has been a recurring recommendation for budget-conscious gamers who want Mini-LED performance without flagship pricing.

Stock on the Pokémon First Partner Collection Series 2 is clearly limited, so that one's worth acting on quickly if it's showing as available. The Xbox gift card deal at Newegg is straightforward — digital delivery, straight to your Microsoft account, usable on games, subscriptions, or the Microsoft Store.
