Destiny 2 this week: new Community Challenge, Monument of Triumph soundtrack, and patch 9.7.0.1 recap

Bungie's weekly update for June 18, 2026 covers three things: a new Community Challenge with a reward emblem, the Monument of Triumph soundtrack hitting streaming platforms, and a recap of the previously released patch 9.7.0.1 notes for anyone who missed them.

The new Community Challenge and its emblem reward are now live, though specific objectives weren't detailed in the announcement. The Monument of Triumph soundtrack is available to stream now. Bungie is also offering a Traveler-themed lock screen wallpaper. Patch 9.7.0.1 dropped earlier and the studio is pointing players back to those notes this week.
