Mina the Hollower: how to hit the kite and grab the Windfall Charm

Just north of the Eastern Heath bridge in Mina the Hollower, a kid is flying a green kite with a suspicious box sticking out of it. Your standard weapons can't reach it, so you'll need a Volt Hatchet to knock it down.

The Volt Hatchet is close by. From the kite kid, head south two screens, then go west once and hit the candle on the wall — it drops the Volt Hatchet. Take it back to the kite and knock it out of the sky. Inside is the Windfall Charm trinket, which restores plasma whenever you pick up joules. As a bonus, enemies hit by sidearms can now drop joules too.

If you haven't crossed the river yet, grab a kear and head west from the kite kid. Burrow under the gate in the northwest corner, then use the kear to unlock the gate ahead. Follow the path into the cave, platform to the northeastern exit while dodging moving obstacles, then platform again to the south exit. Take the stairs down rather than falling into the water, and you'll land directly across from the kite.
