Grinding Gear Games is running a weekend sale in the Path of Exile store through September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM PST. All cosmetic effects from eleven Mystery Box sets — Sentinel, Kalandra, Sanctum, Crucible, Ancestor, Affliction, Necropolis, Settlers, Dawn of the Hunt, Third Edict, and Last of the Druids — are discounted for the duration, including their variations.
On top of the sale prices, anyone who spends any amount of points in the store during the weekend gets one free Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box. That applies to discounted cosmetics or any other microtransaction — but the freebie is capped at one per account regardless of how many purchases you make. Buying a supporter pack directly won't trigger the bonus, but spending points earned from a supporter pack will. Players who already own every item from the Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box get two Warlord Mystery Boxes instead — and since the Warlord box isn't currently supported in Path of Exile 2, GGG says you can open it in the Path of Exile 1 client or hold onto it until PoE 2 support is added.
Path of Exile's Mystery Box system has been a staple of GGG's monetization for years, rotating themed cosmetic sets tied to each league. The Last of the Druids set is the newest addition to the sale lineup, and a preview video is available on the official site showing its contents.
