Pokémon Pokopia is getting a new limited-time event called Wish Upon A Jirachi, and it brings the Mythical Pokémon Jirachi to the game for the first time. The event kicks off next week and also adds a batch of new furniture items for players to deck out their islands.
Details are still light, but Polygon notes the event comes with plenty of new decorative furniture alongside the Jirachi content. No exact start time or end date has been confirmed yet.
Pokémon Pokopia launched on Nintendo Switch 2 earlier in 2026 as a life-sim in the vein of Animal Crossing, set in the Pokémon universe. Jirachi is one of the rarer Mythical Pokémon, so its arrival as an event reward is a notable addition to the roster.
