Stellar Blade, Lies of P, and Dragon's Dogma 2 all coming to Switch 2

The June Nintendo Direct confirmed four major Switch 2 ports: Stellar Blade, Lies of P, Dragon's Dogma 2, and Onimusha: Way of the Sword — all arriving in 2026.

Dragon's Dogma 2 comes to Switch 2 as an expanded edition called Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, launching October 9. Onimusha: Way of the Sword hits September 25, day-and-date with its PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC release. The Lies of P port bundles in the Overture expansion that dropped last year. Stellar Blade developer Shift Up confirmed the port directly — Sony held timed console exclusivity on the PS5 original, the PC version arrived last year, and now Shift Up is free to take it wherever it wants.

The Switch 2 announcement effectively confirms Shift Up's publishing arrangement with Sony is done. The studio had been vocal for a while about wanting Stellar Blade on as many platforms as possible, and that strategy is now playing out. The Dark Arisen subtitle is a nod to Capcom's history of expanded re-releases — the original Dark Arisen was an enhanced version of Dragon's Dogma back in 2013.
