Warframe refreshes its Refer a Friend program with new rewards for recruiters and recruits

Digital Extremes has updated Warframe's Refer a Friend program, opening it up to cross-platform save accounts and overhauling the reward structure for both sides of the deal.

Generating a referral code now works from any platform as long as your account has cross-platform save enabled. Head to the Refer a Friend page on Warframe.com, generate a code, and send it to your friend. New players have seven days after creating their account to qualify — they enter the code either in-game via Communication > Friends > Refer Tenno, or through the Account Management page on the website. Recruiter rewards are now split across four tiers, each unlocking once a recruit completes the The Teacher quest. One recruit earns you 3x Forma, an Orokin Catalyst, an Orokin Reactor, an Exilus Weapon Adapter, an Exilus Warframe Adapter, and the Dream Catcher Honoria cosmetic. Two recruits adds two Weapon Slots, three recruits gets you a Warframe Slot, and four recruits unlocks two Archwing Weapon Slots plus a Gravimag. Recruits who successfully link their accounts immediately receive a 7-Day Affinity Booster, the Classic Color Palette, and a Clan Key. There's also an ongoing bonus: every time one of your recruits makes their first Platinum purchase, 10 percent of that purchase value lands in your account automatically. All rewards are retroactive for anyone who already qualifies.
