Forza Horizon 6: how to earn a Link Skill

Forza Horizon 6's Series 1 daily challenge Link Skiller asks you to earn a Link Skill — which means performing the same action as another player at the same time, while close to them. It sounds awkward, but you don't need friends or a Convoy to pull it off.

A Link Skill triggers when you and at least one other nearby player do the same thing simultaneously — drifting, hitting high speed, smashing objects — and the score prompt pops up at the top of the screen. The two easiest ways to make this happen: join a Stunt Party, where you're matched into minigames with other players that naturally involve Link Skill-eligible actions like breaking objects — just complete the objective near someone else. Alternatively, jump into Horizon Play, the three-race multiplayer playlist accessible from the challenge itself or the Online tab in the pause menu, where high-speed and drift Link Skills come up constantly.

You only need one Link Skill to tick off the daily challenge. If you do have a friend handy, just coordinate any action together and it's done in seconds.

Completing Link Skiller rewards one Festival Playlist point and 5,000 Credits — not a huge haul, but it takes maybe five minutes once you know where to go.
