Glover's Switch release is getting the PlayStation version added as a free update

Glover — the late-90s platformer where you play as a magical glove rolling a ball through levels — is coming to Switch, and the developers have confirmed the PlayStation version will be added as a free post-launch update.

That means Switch owners get both releases in one package: the original N64 build and the PlayStation port, which shipped with different level designs and content. No separate purchase needed.

Glover first launched in 1998 and built a cult following despite mixed reviews at the time. The PlayStation version came out shortly after and diverged from the N64 original in a handful of levels and details — having both in one place is a genuine draw for retro fans.
