Riftbound's Full 2026 Set Schedule Is Now Confirmed

Riot has locked in release dates for all four Riftbound sets in 2026, giving the League of Legends physical TCG a clear roadmap for the year. The game launched late in 2025 to a warm reception, though early stock issues made it hard for players to actually get their hands on cards.

Spiritforged, which dropped February 13, was the first post-launch set and introduced Equipment attachments, a Gold resource mechanic, and keywords like Quick-Draw, Repeat, and Weaponmaster. Legends added in that set include Azir, Draven, Ezreal, Fiora, Jax, Rumble, Rek'Sai, Ornn, Sivir, Lucian, Renata Glasc, and Irelia — with Fiora and Rumble each getting dedicated Champion Decks. The current set, Unleashed, arrived May 8 and leans into the Jungler role with XP, leveling, Ambush, and Hunt mechanics. New Champion Cards cover Jhin, Rengar, Pyke, Vi, Lillia, Vex, and others. Unleashed also introduced a new Ultimate rarity tier — currently home to just one card, Baron Nashor, which shows up in under 1% of booster packs. Next up is Vendetta on July 31, a slightly smaller 166-card set featuring Zed, Shen, Ambessa, Renekton, Nasus, and Akali. Riot is also using Vendetta to merge the Chinese and North American release schedules into a single unified calendar, with a Pre-Rift event running July 24–26. The fourth set, Radiance, is dated October 23 with a Pre-Rift window of October 16–18 — but Riot hasn't revealed any details about its mechanics or Legends yet.

Riftbound is Riot's first attempt at a physical TCG, entering a market dominated by long-running giants like Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokémon. The launch set, Origins — which includes preconstructed Champion Decks for Lee Sin, Viktor, and Jinx — was hit hard by scalpers at launch, driving prices well above MSRP on the secondary market. Riot has reportedly been ramping up print runs, and availability has been improving in recent months.

With a full year of sets now scheduled and stock becoming easier to find, Riftbound looks more stable heading into the second half of 2026. Whether Radiance can build on that momentum remains to be seen once Riot starts revealing details closer to October.
