Satechi's ChargeView 240W Desktop Charger packs six USB-C ports into one compact brick

Satechi just launched the ChargeView 240W Desktop Charger — a six-port USB-C desktop brick aimed squarely at anyone juggling a gaming laptop, a handheld PC, a phone, and whatever else needs power at the same time. It's available now through Satechi's website and Amazon for $150.

The 240W figure is total output across all six ports, not a single-port ceiling. The two front-facing ports lead the pack at 140W each — fast enough to charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro at full speed and more than enough for any handheld gaming PC, including the Steam Deck. The next two ports top out at 100W each, and the final pair caps at 30W. A small built-in display shows real-time power draw per port, and Satechi says the charger auto-detects each device's requirements and redistributes output across active ports to keep everything running efficiently without overheating. The unit ships with a stand that supports both horizontal and vertical placement, with a slight tilt to keep the display readable. It comes in one color: Space Black.

Satechi has carved out a solid reputation in the multi-port charging space, and the ChargeView 240W slots in as one of the more capable desktop options for gamers specifically. Most competing chargers in this price range either max out at fewer ports or can't hit 140W on a single port — a meaningful gap if you're running a gaming laptop and a Steam Deck or ROG Ally simultaneously. The display is a nice differentiator too; most chargers at this price point don't bother.

At $150, the ChargeView 240W is priced at the higher end of the consumer multi-port charger market, but the combination of six ports, 140W peak output, and a live power display makes a reasonable case for the premium — especially for anyone whose desk has turned into a charging cable graveyard.
