Steam Summer Sale: 40+ Great Games for $10 or Less

Valve's Steam Summer Sale is live now and runs through July 9 — and if you're looking to spend as little as possible, there are dozens of solid games sitting at $10 or under right now.

The list covers a wide range of genres and budgets. On the bigger end, Dead Space Remake is down to $6 (from $60), Doom Eternal hits $10 (from $30), The Witcher 3 is just $4 (from $40), and Batman: Arkham Knight drops to $4 (from $20). Devil May Cry 5 and Ghostwire Tokyo are both $5–$6. Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Collection is $6, XCOM 2 is $3, and Hades — still one of the best roguelikes around — is $7. On the extreme low end, Metro Redux is $1, Dishonored is $2, Left 4 Dead 2 is $2, and Hitman World of Assassination is $3. Smaller indie picks include Baby Steps at $10, Blood West at $7, The Long Dark at $7, and Firewatch at $4.

The timing matters. Hardware prices are climbing across the board — Xbox recently announced price increases, and consoles and peripherals are getting more expensive thanks to tariff pressure. Picking up a backlog of quality PC games for under $10 each is a reasonable response to that squeeze. Many of these titles are years old but hold up well — Control: Ultimate Edition at $6 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at $4 are both strong value picks for anyone who missed them at launch.

The sale runs until July 9, so there's time to browse — but these prices won't last past that date.
