Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration expansion: all 14 products revealed, launching Sept. 16

The Pokémon Company has revealed the full product lineup for Pokémon Trading Card Game: 30th Celebration, the anniversary expansion hitting shelves on September 16, 2026. Fourteen separate products are confirmed, ranging from standard booster bundles to a high-end Ultra Premium Collection box, with most including exclusive promo cards aimed squarely at collectors.

The standard Elite Trainer Box comes with nine booster packs, a special illustration Nidorina promo card, 65 card sleeves, 16 foil energy cards, dice, coins, and a divided storage box. The Pokémon Center exclusive ETB bumps that to 11 booster packs and swaps in two promo cards bearing a Pokémon Center emblem. Other products include a Booster Bundle (six packs, out October 2), a Tech Sticker Collection with promos for Alolan Exeggutor and a nocturnal Lucario, a 2-Pack Blister featuring an Eevee card illustrated by Wintr Wondr, and a Knock Out Collection with a foil card and another Eevee. The Pokémon Company hasn't announced specific prices, but they're expected to match standard TCG product pricing. The full release is staggered across the rest of 2026, with September 16 as the main launch date.

The set itself is built around 30 different Pikachu cards and six holofoil cards using a brand-new rarity type called Future Rare — a chrome-finish treatment with a distinctive RGB Pikachu head printed on the right side of the card. Mew and Mewtwo are the headline chase cards in that category, though the broader set covers fan favorites including Eevee and its Eeveelutions, Ditto, Lucario, and the Kanto legendary Pokémon. The Pokémon TCG has leaned heavily into collector-focused releases in recent years, and a 30th anniversary set with a new rarity type and a roster of nostalgic Pokémon is exactly the kind of product that drives both casual buyers and serious collectors to clear shelves on launch day.
